A Method for Setting-up of RPM Schedule of Stretch Reducing Mill

摘要: 結(jié)合本廠引進(jìn)的集中傳動(dòng)張力減徑機(jī),提出了一種傳動(dòng)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的計(jì)算方法,對(duì)此分析了理論計(jì)算與實(shí)際應(yīng)用的差別。實(shí)踐證明,該種設(shè)定方法實(shí)用可靠。Abstract: Based on the operation of the company's imported tube stretch-reducing mill with a centralized drive system, a new calculation method for RPM of the drive motor was built up, and analysis on difference between the calculated values and the actual values from relevant operation was conducted. The result shows that the said RPM schedule setting-up method is practical and reliable.
