摘要: 簡要介紹了國外C110鋼級套管的開發(fā)背景和冶金制造工藝的技術(shù)進步，對比了某些制造廠的生產(chǎn)實際做法與API Spec 5CT規(guī)范對該鋼級合金化設(shè)計及工藝控制的規(guī)定，并進一步介紹了C110鋼級的適用性評價和應(yīng)用實例，對C110鋼及其套管的開發(fā)生產(chǎn)提出了建議。Abstract: Briefly introduced in the paper are the background for R&D of C110 casing and technical progress of metallurgical manufacturing process abroad.Actual operations of some manufacturers are compared with the requirements of API Spec 5CT for alloying design and process control of this grade.Also introduced are the applicability evaluation and actual application cases of C110 casing, and proposed are the relevant suggestions for the development and production of C110 steel and C110 casing.
