    Enhancement of Manufacturing Technology for Weld Pipe as Used for Domestic Energy Ind ustry

    • 摘要: 全球?qū)η鍧嵞茉吹男枨髱恿颂烊粴庑袠I(yè)近年來的持續(xù)性發(fā)展,全球天然氣需求預(yù)計(jì)以年均1.5%的速度增長。國內(nèi)天然氣占能源消費(fèi)的比例由2000年的2.2%提升到2016年的6.2%。能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)“油降氣升”的態(tài)勢。輸送天然氣的管道建設(shè)也出現(xiàn)了同步增長,并對大直徑焊管的制造能力和質(zhì)量提出更高的要求。管道運(yùn)營的安全性迫切需要焊管提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,急切的是建立焊管制造過程的信息化管理和過程參數(shù)監(jiān)控、評估處置能力,以提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Thanks to the global demand for clean energies,the natural gas production industry has been continuously developing over the recent years.And the global demand for natural gas is expected to be increased by 1.5% yearly.The natural gas consumption proportion among the total domestic energy consumption had been increased from 2.2% in 2000 to 6.2% in 2016.And the energy consumption structure is following an Oil down and Gas up trend,with which the gas transportation piping construction is growing up in step.Accordingly stricter requirements for the manufacturing capacity and quality of the large-sized weld pipe are put forward.Moreover it is also demanded to further improve product quality of the weld pipe for the purpose of assuring safety of the piping system operation.In this case,it is urgently needed to establish the informationized management system and in-process data monitoring,and evaluation/processing functions of manufacturing process of the weld pipe so as to enhance the stability and reliability of the product quality.
