    X射線衍射分析技術在鋼管開發(fā)上的應用

    Application of X-ray Diffraction Analysis Technology to Steel Pipe Development

    • 摘要: 介紹了采用X射線衍射分析技術,對不同回火溫度處理后Cr-Mo系抗腐蝕鋼管的金相組織進行觀察分析的結果;研究了回火溫度與鋼管位錯密度、屈服強度、沖擊韌性之間的關系;定性分析了調質處理后鋼管內壁的應力以及常溫到高溫的鋼管相變等。

       

      Abstract: Presented here in the essay are the results of observation and analysis of the metallographic structures of the Cr-Mo series steel pipes as tempered at different temperatures via the X-ray diffraction technique.And studied is the relationship between the tempering temperature and relevant factors namely,dislocation density,yield strength and impact toughness of the steel pipe.Finally,quantitatively investigated are certain elements concerning the pipes as quenched and tempered such as the inner stress and the phase transformation as from the ambient temperature to the elevated.
