Heat Treatment Process and Equipment Selection for Seamless Steel Tube

摘要: 介紹了無(wú)縫鋼管熱處理的目的、常用熱處理工藝和熱處理制度，以及熱處理工藝流程、平面布置的選擇方法和設(shè)備選型的基本原則；分析了熱處理設(shè)備的工作原理、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及其適用范圍。為企業(yè)投資者和從事相關(guān)專業(yè)的技術(shù)人員提供參考。根據(jù)熱處理產(chǎn)品大綱來(lái)確定熱處理工藝平面布置及設(shè)備選型；根據(jù)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有條件進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案，使熱處理工藝制度、工藝設(shè)備配置達(dá)到最佳。

Abstract: Described in the article are the main aspects of heat treatment of the seamless steel tube，including the purpose，the common-used processes and schemes，the process flow，methods for layout determination as well as the general principle for equipment type selection，etc. Analyzed are the work principles，advantages and disadvantages，and application scopes of different pipe heat treatment facilities，offering references for investors and professionals engaged in such field. The layout and equipment type selection of the steel pipe heat treatment line should be determined according to the product mix. Based on the actual production conditions，the pipe maker should further optimize the design plan so as to get the best process scheme and process equipment configuration of the pipe heat treatment line.
