    正火處理對新型低溫鋼組織和力學性能的影響

    Effects by Normalization Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of New-type Steel for Low Temperature Service

    • 摘要: 分析了正火處理對TMCP新型低溫鋼組織、力學性能及斷裂機理的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著正火溫度的增加,不完全正火處理試樣的屈服強度和抗拉強度均降低,完全正火處理試樣的則提高,斷后伸長率和夏比V型缺口沖擊吸收功的變化規(guī)律與其強度變化規(guī)律相反;920℃完全正火處理試樣的綜合力學性能最佳;不完全正火處理后TMCP試樣組織中的針狀鐵素體逐漸消失,晶粒細化并伴隨等軸化;860℃和920℃完全正火處理試樣組織為等軸鐵素體和珠光體,待正火溫度增加至1 000℃時,組織晶粒粗化并出現(xiàn)魏氏體。完全正火處理試樣的斷裂形式由TMCP試樣的準解理斷裂變?yōu)轫g性斷裂。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed the effects by normalization treatment on microstructure,mechanical properties and fracture mechanism of the new-type TMCP steel for low temperature service.The results show that along with increase of the normalization temperature,both yield strength and tensile strength of the sample as intercritically normalized are going down,whereas those of the sample as fully normalized are going up.And the laws of changes of the sample’s after-fracture elongation and the impact energy absorption from Charpy V notch test are just on the contrary to that of the change of its strength.The over-all mechanical properties of the sample as fully normalized at 920℃are the best among the test samples.Moreover,the acicular ferrite in the microstructure of the TMCP sample as intercritically normalized disappears gradually,while the grain is being refined,and also is getting equiaxed.The microstructure of samples normalized at 860℃and 920℃is composed of equiaxed ferrite and pearlite.As the normalization temperature further rises up to 1 000℃,the grain is getting coarsened,meanwhile Widmanstatten structure develops.The fracture type is changed from the quasi-cleavage fracture of the TMCP sample to ductile fracture of the normalized sample.
