    在冷床上加速冷卻鋼管的工業(yè)試驗

    INDUSTRIAL EXPERIMENT ON RAPID COOLING-DOWN OF STEEL TUBES ON COOLING BED

    • 摘要: 研制的新型三段式多噴嘴水霧冷卻裝置采用旋芯式噴嘴及頂部彎管引水結(jié)構(gòu),可對熱軋減徑之后的各種無縫鋼管施行加速冷卻。介紹了該冷卻裝置的設計原理、所采用的冷卻方式及其試驗結(jié)果。

       

      Abstract: It is possible to speed up the cooling-down of hotrolled tubes after reducing with a newly developed 3-zone multi-nozzle water-mist cooling system equipped with rotary-core type jet nozzles and a structure of top elbow-water-conducing. Described in this paper are the design principle, the cooling method adopted as well as the result of the experiment in this regard.
