    • 摘要: 用自行設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置真實(shí)描述出無(wú)縫管軋制變形區(qū)內(nèi)單位軋制力,縱、橫向摩擦力的分布規(guī)律,繪制出變形區(qū)各點(diǎn)的摩擦力分布和金屬流動(dòng)軌跡圖。

       

      Abstract: With self-designed testing system, the distribution laws of unit pressure, longitudinal and lateral friction stresses in the rolling deformation zone of seamless steel tube are actually demonstrated, and the locus of metal flow and the point-to-point friction stress distribution in the same deformation zone are also drawn out.
