    關(guān)于超高強(qiáng)度套管夏比沖擊吸收能規(guī)定值的討論

    Discussion on Specified Charpy Impact Energy Value of Extra-hi-strength Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)對(duì)套管、鉆桿管體的載荷、失效模式及夏比沖擊吸收能的要求的對(duì)比分析,對(duì)超高強(qiáng)度套管、鉆桿及鉆柱構(gòu)件夏比沖擊吸收能要求的區(qū)別,尤其對(duì)夏比沖擊吸收能平均值為屈服強(qiáng)度下限值的1/10的經(jīng)驗(yàn)式的適用性進(jìn)行了討論,指出將該經(jīng)驗(yàn)式推廣至載荷狀態(tài)和失效模式不同的深井超高強(qiáng)度套管及套管柱在理論上和實(shí)踐上都是缺乏依據(jù)并且是有害的。對(duì)深井超高強(qiáng)度套管提出不適當(dāng)?shù)倪^(guò)高的韌性要求,只能造成性能過(guò)剩和制造成本的上升。

       

      Abstract: Conducted are relevant comparative analysis relating load of pipe bodied of casing and drill pipe,their failure types and the required Charpy impact energy values.Discussed are the differences between the Charpy impact energy value of the extra-hi-strength casing and those of the drill pipe and the drill stem elements,on the basis of the analysis.Particularly discussed is the suitability of the imperial equation indicating that the average Charpy impact energy value is 1/10 of the lower limit value of yield strength.The co-authors regard that it is hamful,and practically and theoretically groundless to further apply the said imperial equation to the deep wellservice extra-hi-strength casing and casing string which have quite different load status and failure type.Any unsuitable and excessively critical requirement for toughness of the deep well-service extra-hi-strength casing can do nothing but lead to function surplus and increase of manufacture cost.
