摘要: 對(duì)LB-20單鏈冷拔管機(jī)的主鏈條鏈板進(jìn)行了可靠性設(shè)計(jì)分析。分析表明,在同等條件下,可靠性設(shè)計(jì)較常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)鏈板厚度可減少25%,由此使設(shè)備制造成本和生產(chǎn)成本降低。Abstract: An analysis is made with the reliability design of the main link-plate of LB-20 mono-chain pipe cold drawing mill. As a result, it can be concluded that under the same conditions, with the said reliability design, the plate thickness will be leduced by 25% relative to the traditional design, hence a significant reduction of both equipment manufacture and operational costs.
