    “竹節(jié)構(gòu)造”的抗彎原理及其應(yīng)用

    Anti-bending Mechanics ofa“Bamboo Structure”and its Application

    • 摘要: 分析了工程管受力處管壁抗彎強(qiáng)度低的原因,引用材料力學(xué)知識(shí),解析了“竹節(jié)構(gòu)造”增強(qiáng)管材抗彎強(qiáng)度的力學(xué)原理。分析結(jié)果表明:在管材空腔的截面中安裝一種具有“竹節(jié)構(gòu)造”的機(jī)械,防止受力處管壁向管腔內(nèi)部凹陷導(dǎo)致管材的超前彎曲和斷裂,可以大幅度地提高管材的抗彎能力;此外,該“竹節(jié)構(gòu)造”可在保證管材原有強(qiáng)度不變的前提下,將管材壁厚降低至原有壁厚的1/3~1/2,節(jié)約鋼材50%以上。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the essay are the causes for the low anti-bending strength at the stress point of an engineering tube.And by introducing the mechanics of materials,the mechanical explanation of how does the“bamboo structure”reinforce the anti-bending ability of a tube is explicated.The analysis indicates that by installing a“bamboo structure”in the section of a hollow tube to prevent the stress point from caving in towards the inside of the tube,which may result in early bending and fracture,the anti-bending ability of the tube will be significantly improved.Furthermore,the“bamboo structure”technique can lead to the reduction of the tube wall thickness to 1/3~1/2 of the original one,saving more than 50%of the steel,without compromising the original tube strength.
