    A Brief Discussion on Quality Control of HFW Steel Pipe for Marine Service

    • 摘要: 主要介紹并分析了在海洋環(huán)境中高頻直縫焊接鋼管焊縫的耐腐蝕性能、抗斷裂性能(CTOD)、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性及質(zhì)量保障體系;提出了提高高頻直縫焊接鋼管焊縫的耐腐蝕性能和質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性的措施及有待深入研究的方向。分析認(rèn)為:采用更低S含量的鋼卷,可減少溝槽腐蝕的產(chǎn)生;焊縫經(jīng)淬火+回火熱處理工藝后,其抗HIC腐蝕性能更好。

       

      Abstract: Dealt with in the paper are descriptions and analysis of the corrosion resistance,fracture resistance (CTOD),quality stability and quality assurance system of the marine-service HFW pipe. Also proposed are measures to improve the carrion resistance and quality stability of the said pipe’s weld seam as well the in-deep research orientation in this field. The analysis leads to such a conclusion that groove corrosion could be reduced by using strip steel with much lower S content,and that higher HIC resistance could be obtained by means of getting the welding seam undergo the heat treatment process of quenching + tempering.
