摘要: 從薄壁管成型時帶鋼邊緣的縱向拉伸變形及成型過程的穩(wěn)定性方面推導(dǎo)出確定雙層卷焊管成型區(qū)長度及成型傾角的解析式,為雙層卷焊管成型機(jī)組的設(shè)計及孔型設(shè)計提供了理論依據(jù)。Abstract: The analytical formula for determining the forming section length and forming inclined angle of the double-layer coil-welded tube is deducted on the ground of the strip edge longitudinal tensile deformation and the forming consistence in the course of thin walled tube formation. The said formula can be used to provide the theoretical basis for the engineering of the double-layer coil-welded pipe forming mill and the pass design therefor.
