    用有限元法分析石油套管的橢圓度對承載能力的影響

    FE Analysis of Influence by Oil Casing Ovality on Its Extrusion Strength

    • 摘要: 在石油套管生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的橢圓度明顯影響套管的承載能力,但是,這個問題一直沒有引起人們的充分重視而加以解決。為此,根據(jù)彈塑性力學(xué)理論,建立套管的力學(xué)模型,通過有限元方法定量分析了橢圓度對套管承載能力的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,橢圓度在很大程度上影響著套管的承載能力。因此,為了提高套管的承載能力,必須盡量降低管體的橢圓度。

       

      Abstract: The manufacturing process-caused ovality of the oil casing significantly influences the extrusion strength of its own. However, for a long time this issue had drawn little attention from people concerned, and thus had not been tackled. To solve the problem, a mechanical model is set up according to the elastic-plastic theory, and quantitive FE analysis is conducted to determine the influence by casing ovality on its extrusion strength. It is concluded that casing ovality significantly influences its extrusion strength. Therefore the only way to increase extrusion strength of the casing is trying to reduce its ovality as possible as it can be.
