    運用全面質(zhì)量管理方法提高小管成材率

    YIELD IMPROVEMENT OF SMALL-DIAMETER PIPE WITH TQC METHOD

    • 摘要: φ216mm周期軋管機組生產(chǎn)φ108~152mm無縫鋼管成材率較低。該課題攻關(guān)組分析出了其主要原因和主導(dǎo)性因素,經(jīng)采取對策,建立工序控制點,使鋼錠質(zhì)量、加熱制度、延伸機孔型調(diào)整和沖頭表面處于良好的控制狀態(tài),質(zhì)量攻關(guān)取得明顯效果。

       

      Abstract: The yield was always low with φ108~152mm seamless pipe on 216mm pilger mill. The subject group analysed and found out the key causes. The quality are evidently improved after taking countermeasures and establishing procedure controls to put material quality, heating system, elongator groove adjustment and punch pin surface condition in good control.
