Comparison of Accu-Roll Pipe Mill with Assel Pipe Mill

摘要: 介紹了Accu Roll軋管機和Assel軋管機的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特點。指出這兩種軋管機組由于具有軋制工序短、設備投資少、更換規(guī)格容易、品種適應范圍寬以及適合小批量、多品種生產(chǎn)等優(yōu)勢,已成為我國中小型鋼管企業(yè)技術改造和新建機組的首選機型。從發(fā)展歷史、結構型式、工藝特點、變形特點、可軋制鋼管品種與規(guī)格以及投資制造成本等方面對這兩種軋管機進行比較分析,并對兩種機型提出了改進建議。

Abstract: Describe in the article are the current development situation and characteristics of the Accu-Roll pipe mill and the Assel pipe mill. It is pointed out these two pipe mills have been regarded as the mostly-selected mill types for technical upgrading or brand new mill building projects of domestic small and medium-sized steel pipe makers owing to their commonly-shared advantages namely, mini rolling flow, low initial investment for the equipment, easy size change-over, wide product range and suitability for small quantity and multi-type orders. A comparative analysis of the two pipe mills is made, involving such aspects as the development histories, equipment structures, technological characteristics, deformation features, product varieties and size ranges as well as initial investments etc., based on which suggestions for necessary improvement on the mills are proposed.
