API Spec 5L第45版中鋼管的多重鋼級標記新規(guī)定

New Requirement for Marking of Pipe to Multiple Grades as Specified in API Spec 5L 45th Edition

摘要: 主要介紹了API Spec 5L《管線鋼管規(guī)范》第45版新增的多重鋼級鋼管標記的規(guī)定由來及做法。鋼管的多重鋼級標記應經(jīng)購方和制造廠協(xié)商一致才允許采用,多重鋼級標記的鋼級范圍應按API Standard 1104《管線鋼管和相關(guān)設備焊接》規(guī)定;鋼管僅應被標記至一個PSL水平;制造廠有責任保證多重鋼級標記的鋼管符合每一標記鋼級的所有要求,允許鋼管可按標記的任何鋼級單獨使用;鋼管交付后,鋼管不允許重標記或重檢定至不同的鋼級或至不同PSL水平。

Abstract: Described mainly in the paper are the origin and procedure for marking of pipe to multiple grades as newly required under API Spec 5L Specification for Line Pipes, the 45th edition. Only agreed by both the purchaser and the manufacturer, should marking of pipe to multiple grades be permitted. The steel grade range for multiple markings shall be as per API Standard 1104 Welding of Pipelines and Related Facilities. The steel pipe shall be marked to one PSL level only. The manufacturer is responsible to ensure that the pipe conforms to all requirements of each of the certified grades. This allows pipe to be used as any of grades individually. Once the steel pipe is delivered, it shall not be permitted to get the pipe re-marked or re-inspected to identify it with different steel grade or PSL level.
