我國特殊螺紋接頭油套管生產(chǎn)使用現(xiàn)狀及需要注意的幾個問題

Current Situation of Domestic Production and Application of Tubing/Casing with Premium Thread Connection and Related Key Issues

摘要: 隨著鉆井技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,油套管的服役條件更加苛刻,按照API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)的油套管螺紋接頭已經(jīng)不能滿足某些油氣井的使用要求,因此特殊螺紋接頭的應(yīng)用范圍不斷擴(kuò)大。我國開發(fā)特殊螺紋接頭尚處于初級階段。綜述了我國特殊螺紋接頭油套管的生產(chǎn)使用現(xiàn)狀,指出了我國特殊螺紋接頭使用和開發(fā)過程中需要解決的問題,并就特殊螺紋接頭的開發(fā)提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。

Abstract: Along with the progress of oil well drilling technology,the work conditions for oil tubing/casing are increasingly critical.In this case,API tubing /casing thread connections can no longer satisfy the requirements for some oil/gas wells,and therefore the application scope of the premium thread connections are being expanded.In China the development of such premium thread connection is right now at an initial stage.Summarized here in the paper is the situation of domestic production/application of tubing/casing with premium thread connection.The existing problems concerning domestic application and development of premium threads are discussed,and some proposals are made.
