    兩輥臥式擠壓裝置在高頻直縫焊管機中的應用

    Application of Horizontal 2-roll Extrusion System to HF Butt Welded Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 為解決傳統(tǒng)兩輥立式擠壓裝置與立式擠壓輥的焊接壓力嚴重不足、待焊管筒邊緣易從擠壓輥輥縫處“逃逸”、管坯邊緣呈尖桃形對接等問題,提出了兩輥臥式擠壓裝置及與其配套的臥式擠壓輥孔型,并分別從結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和應用3個方面論證兩輥臥式擠壓裝置及臥式擠壓輥孔型的優(yōu)點。某企業(yè)將立式擠壓裝置全部改為臥式擠壓裝置后,企業(yè)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)變化不大,但壓扁開裂不合格比率、內(nèi)外毛刺去除量、每噸耗電量都明顯降低,說明兩輥臥式擠壓裝置具有推廣應用價值。

       

      Abstract: The conventional vertical 2-roll extrusion system has such shortcomings as severe shortage of welding pressure of the vertical extrusion roll,"escape"of the edge of the blank pipe to be welded from the extrusion roll gap,and the spade-shaped butting of the blank edge,etc,Addressing such problems,the horizontal 2-roll extrusion system and related extrusion roll pass are proposed,and the advantages of both are discussed in terms of the structure,function and application.In a certain domestic company,the original vertical extrusion system is totally modified into a horizontal one.As a result,with the product mix little changed,the defective flatting-caused crack rate,the removal amount of inner/outer burr and power consumption per ton are all reduced,which means that the said horizontal 2-roll extrusion system is worth spreading up for application.
