    Analysis of Failure of P110 Wellhead Casing

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)觀察宏觀形貌、測(cè)量幾何尺寸、測(cè)試力學(xué)性能、分析顯微組織等,分析P110套管和卡瓦的失效原因。分析認(rèn)為:P110套管與懸掛器不同軸及卡瓦結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不合理是造成套管及卡瓦失效的主要原因,腐蝕介質(zhì)加速了失效進(jìn)程。提出卡瓦式懸掛器的改進(jìn)措施,如增大卡瓦長(zhǎng)度,增加單位長(zhǎng)度卡瓦齒數(shù),將貫穿環(huán)形槽改為凸臺(tái)式等。

       

      Abstract: Causes for the failure of the P110 casing and slip are analyzed by means of macro morphology observation, geometric dimension measurement, mechanical property testing, microstructure analysis and so on.The results show that the main causes for the failure of the casing and the slip are that the casing and hanger are not coaxial, and structure of the slip is not designed reasonably.And the corrosion medium accelerates the failure process.Accordingly, measures for modifying the slip type hanger are put forward, including increasing the slip length, increasing the slip tooth number, per length unit, and changing the through-out circular groove into a convex shoulder type one.
