二次穿孔工藝初探
AN APPROACH TO DOUBLE-PIERCING PROCESS

摘要: 介紹了采用二次穿孔工藝生產(chǎn)1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼管的試驗(yàn)情況,分析了試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的產(chǎn)品缺陷及產(chǎn)生故障的原因,提出了目前二次穿孔生產(chǎn)不銹鋼管有待解決的工藝問(wèn)題。Abstract: The experiments in the production of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tubes using double-piercing process are described, the causes of Product defects and the production failures in the experiments are analyzed, and the problems of the double-piercing for manufacturing stainless steel tubes are put forward.
