    17 Year’s Long History of PQF

    • 摘要: PQF軋管機(jī)是迄今工藝技術(shù)最為先進(jìn)的連軋管機(jī)。限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)自發(fā)明以來,經(jīng)歷了二輥式連軋管工藝(MPM)和三輥式連軋管工藝(PQF)兩大發(fā)展時(shí)段。PQF軋管機(jī)改進(jìn)了傳統(tǒng)的MPM工藝,其換輥方式也由軸向換輥(ACO)發(fā)展為側(cè)向換輥(LCO)。介紹了PQF軋管機(jī)的發(fā)展歷程和設(shè)備構(gòu)成特點(diǎn)。

       

      Abstract: The PQF pipe mill has been so far the most technologically advanced continuous-rolling mill. The development history of the retained-mandrel continuous-rolling mill falls into two important periods,i.e.,the 2-roll continuous-rolling process (MPM) period and the 3-roll continuous-rolling process (PQF) period. The PQF mill is resulting from modification of the conventional MPM process,and has its roll-change mode developed from the original axially change-over (ACO) to the present laterally change-over (LCO). Elaborated here are the development course and the equipment composition of the PQF mill.
