    TRIPLE-COATING SYSTEM FOR STEEL TUBE SURFACE PROTECTION

    • 摘要: 介紹了用于油氣輸送管線鋼管表面防護(hù)的三層涂層系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用噴丸除鱗，中頻感應(yīng)預(yù)熱，靜電噴涂環(huán)氧樹脂粉末，擠合聚乙烯表層的涂層工藝。使用該系統(tǒng)環(huán)境污染小，所涂敷的防護(hù)層性能穩(wěn)定。

       

      Abstract: The paper presents an introduction of the triple-coating system for surface protective treatment of steel linepipes for oil/gas transport. The said system employs such techniques as descaling by shot-blasting, preheating via medium-frequency induction, electrostatic spray coating of epoxy resin powder and squeezed-polyoxyethylene surface-coating. The system is more environmentally compatible and ensures protective coating with consistent performance.
