    國內外高強度鉆桿的技術質量評述

    Comment on Technical Quality of High-strength Drill Pipes Made at Home and Abroad

    • 摘要: 高強度石油鉆桿在鉆井設備和工具中占有十分重要的地位。通過對國內外 S135, G105鉆桿的解剖分析與實物質量評價試驗,結合國內外文獻,綜合論述了國內外鉆桿的選材、機械性能、幾何尺寸和結構特點以及整體鉆桿的極限承載能力。

       

      Abstract: Among oil well drilling equipment and tooling,the high-strength drill pipe plays a very critical role.Based on the results of sample analysis and tests of S135 and G105 drill pipes made both at home and abroad for their physical quality evaluation,and making reference of relevant domestic and foreign technical literatures,a comprehensive comment on drill pipes made both at home and abroad is given,addressing such aspects as material selection,mechanical properties,geometry,structural characteristics as well as limiting loading capacity of the pipe as a whole.
