    新型芯棒潤滑劑的使用試驗

    TRIAL USE OF A NEW LUBRICANT FOR MANDREL BAR

    • 摘要: 介紹了由常州特密高石墨有限公司生產(chǎn)的DS1010新型芯棒潤滑劑在成都無縫鋼管有限責任公司的Φ250mm Accu Roll軋管機上的試用情況。試用表明，新型芯棒潤滑劑具有較好的使用性能，限動芯棒電機的電流穩(wěn)定，軋制平穩(wěn)，鋼管內(nèi)表面粗糙度較小。

       

      Abstract: Introduced in the paper is the trial use of the new DS1010 mandrel bar lubricant developed by Teimigao Graphite Co. Ltd.,Changzhou in the Φ250mm Accu-roll Pipe Mill at Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Co.,Ltd. The result has shown that the said new mandrel bar lubricant is in possession of good performance which can bring about consistent motor current,smooth rolling operation and better outer/inner surface roughness of the tube.
