    HFW焊管內(nèi)毛刺常見積瘤產(chǎn)生原因分析

    Analysis of Common Causes for Build-up as Formed in Internally-burring Process of HFW Pipe

    • 摘要: 內(nèi)毛刺刮削是HFW焊管生產(chǎn)的重要工序,由于調(diào)整或操作不當(dāng),導(dǎo)致在內(nèi)毛刺刮削過程中產(chǎn)生積瘤,進(jìn)而影響對(duì)內(nèi)毛刺的刮削質(zhì)量。介紹了HFW焊管內(nèi)毛刺刀或刀桿上出現(xiàn)的積瘤類型;分析了積瘤形成的原因;提出了在生產(chǎn)線運(yùn)行時(shí)對(duì)積瘤進(jìn)行觀察與判斷的方法,以及防止積瘤產(chǎn)生的措施。

       

      Abstract: Internally-burring is regarded as a key operation step for manufacture of the HFW steel pipe.During such a process,build-up of molten metal may be formed,due to improper adjustment or maloperation,which would in turn negatively influence the burring quality.Elaborated in the article are the types of build-up formed on the cutter or cutter bar as used for internally-burring the HFW pipe.Furthermore,causes for the build-up are investigated,and method for on-line observation and judgment of the build-up,and preventative actions are proposed.
