Development of End-facing/Chamfering Machine for Ф426 mm Seamless Steel Tube

摘要: 介紹了中國重型機(jī)械研究院研制的國內(nèi)第1套Ф426mm熱軋無縫鋼管銑頭倒棱機(jī)組的主要技術(shù)參數(shù)、工藝流程、設(shè)備構(gòu)成、主要結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)等。該機(jī)組適合于加工Ф139.7~426.0mm×5~40mm、最大單重達(dá)4000kg的熱軋無縫鋼管;既可以倒去鋼管端頭鋸切后的內(nèi)外毛刺,又可將管端倒成任意角度的坡口并留鈍邊,或者平整鋼管端面;已在國內(nèi)投入使用。

Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of the first home-made end-facing/chamfering machine for processing of max. Ф426 mm hot-rolled seamless steel tube as developed by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute, including major technical data, process flow, equipment composition and principal struc- tural characteristics, etc. The machine is capable of processing Ф139.7~426.0 mm×5~40 mm hot-rolled seamless steel tubes with max. single piece weight up to 4 000 kg. Its functions include removing inner/outer burr of tube end left after cropping, beveling tube end with any angle and keeping blunt edge, and squaring tube end-face. The machine has been put into actual operation domestically.
