摘要: 魏氏組織是20G冷拔高壓鍋爐鋼管所不允許的異常組織。理論與生產(chǎn)實(shí)際分析表明, 魏氏組織產(chǎn)生的根源是成品管正火工藝的控制或操作不當(dāng)造成的。提出了消除魏氏組織的措施。Abstract: As an abnormal structure, the Widmannstatten structure is impermissible for the cold-drawn 20 G high pressure boiler steel tube. Relevant theoretic analysis and actual manufacturing practice show that the said undesirable structure is mainly caused by improper control or maloperation of normalization treatment of the final tube. Preventive actions for the Widmannstetten structure are proposed.
