    感應(yīng)加熱調(diào)質(zhì)處理鋼管的特性

    Characteristics of Steel Pipe Treated with Induction Quenching & Tempering Process

    • 摘要: 介紹了鋼管中頻感應(yīng)加熱調(diào)質(zhì)處理生產(chǎn)線;比較了感應(yīng)加熱與普通加熱調(diào)質(zhì)處理鋼管的力學(xué)性能、表面質(zhì)量與使用性能等。感應(yīng)加熱鋼管與普通加熱鋼管相比,其屈服強(qiáng)度提高15.1%~17.9%,伸長率提高11.5%~22.2%,具有高強(qiáng)度和高韌性,晶粒也更細(xì)小,表面質(zhì)量更佳,硬度一致性好,直線度大幅度提高,是值得推廣的鋼管調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理方法。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper is the medium-frequency induction quenching & tempering line for steel pipe treatment. Steel pipes treated with the induction process and those treated with conventional quenching & tempering process are compared in terms of mechanical property,surface quality and orperation performance. The result shows that compared with the latter,the former has 15.1%~17.9% higher yield strength,and 11.5%~22.2% higher elongation,and high strength and toughness,smaller grain size,better surface quality,more satisfactory hardness evenness and much better straightness,which leads to such a conclusion that the above mentioned steel pipe induction quenching & tempering process is worth spreading up.
