雙焊腳接觸焊在高頻焊管生產(chǎn)中的應用

Application of Double-tip Contact Welding in Production of HFW Pipe

摘要: 簡要介紹了接觸焊與感應焊的原理，比較了二者的優(yōu)缺點；在分析單焊腳接觸焊缺陷的基礎上，介紹了高頻焊管雙焊腳接觸焊，主要包括電極材質(zhì)的選取、雙電極接觸模式安裝系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)、帶鋼邊緣清掃裝置的開發(fā)。實際應用結(jié)果表明：鉻鋯銅適宜被選做雙焊腳接觸焊電極；使用雙焊腳接觸焊沒有產(chǎn)生打火現(xiàn)象，焊接質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定；焊縫質(zhì)量均滿足API Spec 5L—2012標準要求。

Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the basic principles of contact welding and induction welding，and compared are their advantages and disadvantages.Based on the analysis of defects shown in single-tip contact welding，the techonology of double-tip contact welding for HFW pipe is introduced，concerning the selection of electrode material，the development of double-electrode contact mode installing system and cooling system，and the development of the strip steel edge descaling device.The practical application results indicate that CuCrZr is a suitable material for making electrodes for double-tip contact welding.When double-tip contact welding is being applied，no spark occurs and the welding quality is stable with the weld quality in compliance with API Spec 5L—2012 specification.
