Selection of Welding Process for Steam-injection Piping for Oil Recovery by Heat

摘要: 介紹了用Φ114 mm×11 mm的13CrMo44鋼無縫管制作油田熱力采油注汽管道時(shí),為防止焊接部位出現(xiàn)冷裂紋所進(jìn)行的焊接工藝試驗(yàn);通過對(duì)幾種焊接工藝的比較,優(yōu)選出較佳的焊接工藝,并已用于生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐。采用優(yōu)選工藝的實(shí)物質(zhì)量滿足用戶要求。Abstract: Welding process tests are conducted to prevent cold crack development in weld areas of the steam-injection piping fabricated with Ф114 mm×11 mm seamless pipes of 13CrMo44 steel and used for the purpose of oil-recovery by heat.After getting several welding processes compared,the best one is used for the piping fabrication,resulting in product satisfactory to the customer requirements.
