摘要: 分析了通用儀渦流探傷鍋爐鋼管存在的錯(cuò)檢和漏檢問題。介紹了阻抗平面顯示和自動(dòng)扇形區(qū)域報(bào)警技術(shù)在渦流探傷中的應(yīng)用情況,以及智能化渦流探傷儀的工藝因素、探傷效果。Abstract: The co-authors analyse shortcomings associated with the conventional eddy flaw detection of boiler steel pipes, namely, erroneous flaw signalling and flaw-missing and describe the application of impedance planar dislay and auto segmental zone alarming techniques to eddy detection process.Also introduced in the paper are the process elements and operational effectiveness of the intellectualized eddy detector.
