    R＆D of A-Type Precision Oval Welded Steel Tube for Power Generation Service

    • 摘要: 介紹了哈爾濱鋼管廠在研制A型精密橢圓焊接鋼管過程中的材料選擇、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、工藝流程、孔型設(shè)計、過程質(zhì)量控制等。所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)檢測,其化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能、實測尺寸及形狀公差以及無損檢測等結(jié)果均滿足ASME相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,可以替代進口的同類產(chǎn)品。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper are the major aspects concerning R＆D of the A-type precision oval welded steel tube by Harbin Steel Tube Plant,including selection of material,production equipment,manufacturing process flow,groove design and in-process quality control,etc.Having been capable of edging out the imported similar foreign product,the said tube has been proven through relevant operation to be up to applicable ASME specification in term of chemical composition,mechanical properties,measured dimensions as well as geometric tolerances.
