從無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)格局和出口依存度現(xiàn)狀分析我國淘汰落后無縫鋼管裝備的必要性

摘要: 近年國內(nèi)無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)和出口增長很快,但是落后裝備大量存在,出口依存度高的狀況有待改變。分析了近年國內(nèi)無縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)和裝備格局以及出口依存度。結果表明,我國經(jīng)濟最發(fā)達的華東地區(qū)既是無縫鋼管產(chǎn)能、產(chǎn)量和出口量最大的地區(qū),也是落后產(chǎn)能裝備最多的地區(qū),能耗高,污染大。建議國內(nèi)無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)抓住時機,加快落后產(chǎn)能淘汰的速度,促進我國無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)又好又快發(fā)展。Abstract: While over the recent years both production and export volume of seamless steel tubular products have been quickly increased,there still exist a great number of backward equipment,and high dependence on exportation remains to be improved. Analyzed in the paper are the setups of production and manufacture equipment and dependence on exportation with respect to seamless steel tubular products. As a result,it is concluded that as the most economically developed region of the country,the Eastern China region is an area with the biggest production capacity and export volume of seamless steel tubular products and meanwhile,it is also an area ridden with the largest quantity of backward production equipment,which leads to high energy consumption and serious pollution. It is proposed that seamless steel tube makers take appropriate opportunities to speed up eliminating of the backward production capabilities in a bid to ensure the healthy and fast development of domestic seamless steel tube industry.
