從鉆井實(shí)踐看我國(guó)石油行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)亟待修訂

The Domestic Oil Industry Standards Need to be Updated in View of Drilling Practice

摘要: 石油行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)展為石油勘探開發(fā)提供了有力的技術(shù)支持,但是由于我國(guó)現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不足或者修訂的滯后性,吐哈鉆井公司目前在鉆井現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的部分石油行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在一定程度上制約了鉆井效益的提高。介紹了我國(guó)石油行業(yè)現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的局限性和存在的問(wèn)題,列舉了部分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制約吐哈油田鉆井效益的實(shí)例,并提出了相應(yīng)的建議。

Abstract: The oil industry standards progress has provided strong technical support to the oil exploration and development but some domestic standards of the oil industry used in the drilling sites by Tuha Company restrict the increasing of the drilling benefits to some extent due to their deficiencies and lagged revision.The limitation of the existent domestic standards of the oil industry and the problems with them are described and also some example standards that restrict the drilling benefits in Tuha oil fields are given.Some proposals are presented.
