摘要: 人工測(cè)量油管長(zhǎng)度、重量以及用模板噴印標(biāo)記均很不方便,效率低。介紹了勝利石油管理局總機(jī)械廠研制的油管自動(dòng)測(cè)長(zhǎng)、稱重、噴標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)整個(gè)工作過程為全自動(dòng)。使用表明,該系統(tǒng)功能完善,性能穩(wěn)定可靠,操作簡(jiǎn)單實(shí)用,生產(chǎn)效率為2根/min,且投資相對(duì)較少。Abstract: It is known that manual operation of length measurement, weighing and stenciling of the tubing is an inconvenient and low-efficiency practice. Described here in the paper is the auto measuring/weighing/stenciling system for tubing production as developed by General Machinery Factory affiliated to Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau. Actual operation of the said system shows that the full-auto system is in possession of such advantages as functionally completeness, performance reliability and consistency, ease to operate, high productivity up to 2 pcs/min. as well as low initial investment.
