    Current Domestic Situation and Development of Automatic Eddy-current Detection and Ultrasonic Detection of Seamless Steel Tubes

    • 摘要: 國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)一般都配備有相應(yīng)的鋼管自動(dòng)探傷設(shè)備以保證產(chǎn)品的出廠(chǎng)質(zhì)量。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了無(wú)縫鋼管的缺陷類(lèi)型及國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)縫鋼管渦流及超聲波自動(dòng)探傷的設(shè)備狀況和存在的問(wèn)題。指出了渦流及超聲波自動(dòng)探傷設(shè)備的發(fā)展方向。

       

      Abstract: At present domestic seamless steel tube makers are in general equipped with relevant automatic NDT systems to ensure the ex-works quality of the products.This paper involves a briefing on the defect types of seamless steel tubes, and the situation concerning domestically-used automatic eddy-current and ultrasonic detection equipment for seamless steel tube inspection and existing problems therewith.Proposal concerning development orientation of such automatic NDT equipment is also put forward.
