我國火力發(fā)電用高壓鍋爐管現(xiàn)狀與需求分析

Analysis on Current Supply-demand Situation of High-pressure Boiler Tubes for Thermo-power Generation Service

摘要: 介紹了我國電力工業(yè)發(fā)展概況。分析了國內(nèi)高壓鍋爐管供需現(xiàn)狀。對我國火力發(fā)電用高壓鍋爐管宏觀需求進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。分析了火力發(fā)電用高壓鍋爐管的微觀特性, 指出我國火力發(fā)電用高壓鍋爐管生產(chǎn)行業(yè)在新鋼種開發(fā)、大直徑特厚壁高壓鍋爐管熱處理工藝以及產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定性方面, 與鋼管技術(shù)發(fā)達(dá)國家相比還存在著差距需要改進(jìn)。

Abstract: The general situation of domestic electrical power industrial development is briefed; the current domestic supply-demand situation of high-pressure boiler tubes is analyzed, and the general demand by domestic thermo-power generation sector for hi-pressure boiler tubes is forecast. Based on the analysis of the micro-chara- cteristics of the hi-pressure boiler tube for thermo-power generation service, it is concluded that compared with their foreign counterparts equipped with more advanced steel tube-making technologies, domestic manufacturers of the said hi-pressure boiler tubes are comparatively and technologically backward in terms of product R & D, heat treatment processes of large-sized, extra-heavy wall hi-pressure boiler tubes and product property consi- stency, etc., and therefore need to make relevant improvements.
