Investigation Concerning Cracking of Inner Weld Seam of Submerged-arc Weld Spiral Pipe

摘要: 結(jié)合螺旋埋弧焊管實際生產(chǎn)工藝,從焊接冶金和非焊接應(yīng)力兩個方面分析了螺旋埋弧焊管內(nèi)焊縫開裂的主要原因,指出在保證正確焊接工藝的前提下,應(yīng)從消除非焊接應(yīng)力因素著手,防止或消除內(nèi)焊縫熱裂紋。Abstract: Based on the actual manufacturing process of submerged-arc weld spiral pipe and from the point of view of welding metallurgy and the non-weld stress factors, the author analyzes the root causes for cracking of inner weld seam of submerged-arc weld spiral pipe, concluding that actions be taken to eliminate all the non-weld stress factors involved for the purpose of preventing or eliminating the said inner weld seam thermal cracking.
