三輥連軋管機(jī)架軋輥孔型的在線測(cè)量與校正

On-line Measurement and Calibration of Roll Pass of 3-roll Mandrel Pipe Mill

摘要: 為了實(shí)現(xiàn)連軋管機(jī)組軋制機(jī)架孔型的在線測(cè)量，提高孔型控制精度和對(duì)中作業(yè)效率，引入了在線攝像機(jī)孔型測(cè)量分析系統(tǒng)CaliView，并與其他中心線測(cè)量方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比。分析認(rèn)為：CaliView 實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)架孔型精度的在線測(cè)量和調(diào)整，精度高（精度為0.01 mm），測(cè)量方法快捷，數(shù)據(jù)可直接分析顯示，可作為新型連軋孔型中心線測(cè)量校正的手段，提高了中心線檢驗(yàn)校正的頻次和精度。

Abstract: The camera-based on-line roll groove measurement/analysis system,CaliView is introduced to realize the on-line measurement of the roll stand pass of the mandrel pipe mill so as to improve the pass control precision,and the central-line calibration efficiency. And this method is compared and analyzed with other central-line measurement methods as used before. It is regarded via the analysis that the said CaliView system is capable of on-line measurement and calibration of the roll stand pass with high precision(precision class:0.01 mm). The measurement method features fast and convenient operation,and direct data analysis and display,being worth using as a new method for measuring and calibrating the pass central line of the mandrel pipe mill with higher frequency and precision.
