    PPI協(xié)議在焊接鋼管水壓試驗機數(shù)據采集系統(tǒng)中的應用

    Application of PPI Protocol to Data Acquisition System of Hydrostatic Testing Machine for Welded Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 為了降低小型數(shù)據采集系統(tǒng)的成本,在充分利用S7-200內置的PPI協(xié)議條件下開發(fā)出1套焊接鋼管水壓試驗機數(shù)據采集系統(tǒng)。介紹了S7-200內置的PPI協(xié)議格式、通訊過程、讀寫指令實例及應用實例。應用結果表明,所開發(fā)的水壓試驗機數(shù)據采集系統(tǒng)既經濟又操作便捷,數(shù)據穩(wěn)定可靠。

       

      Abstract: To reduce the cost of the small-sized data acquisition system, has developed a data acquisition system of hydrostatic testing machine for welded steel pipe by means of fully using the S7-200 built-in PPI Protocol. Described here in the article are the main aspects of the said protocol, including the format, communication process and examples of read write command and application, etc. The operation practice shows that the newly-developed data acquisition system is not only cost-effective and easy to operate, but also capable of providing consistent and reliable data acquisition.
