    • 摘要: 介紹了企業(yè)物資招標(biāo)采購(gòu)的具體做法。即機(jī)構(gòu)和制度的建立,招標(biāo)物資計(jì)劃管理的強(qiáng)化,招標(biāo)程序的規(guī)范。實(shí)踐證明,招標(biāo)采購(gòu)是降低采購(gòu)成本,加強(qiáng)采購(gòu)管理,規(guī)范進(jìn)貨渠道和采購(gòu)行為的新機(jī)制,是加強(qiáng)進(jìn)貨質(zhì)量控制的科學(xué)手段;有利于促進(jìn)企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的廉潔自律,減少違紀(jì)行為的發(fā)生;有利于廠務(wù)公開(kāi),增加企業(yè)凝聚力;有利于各部門間的相互了解和配合。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are the major activities and practice for material purchase by bidding by the enterprise,including set-up of necessary body and regulations,strengthening of planning management for material purchase by bidding and standardization of the bidding procedures,etc.Relevant practice leads to such a conclusion that as a new mechanism for material purchasing,purchase by bidding provides such advantages as cut-down of purchasing cost,better purchasing management and regulated supply sources and purchasing performance.In addition,as a scientific approach,purchase by bidding benefits the enterprise in such aspects as better control of quality of the purchased materials,keeping a clean purchase staff with less misconducts,more transparent financial activities,consolidating the unity of the company as well as better communication and coordination between different departments of the company.
