X80鋼級海洋自升式鉆井平臺樁腿支撐管的研制

R & D of X80 Steel Pipe Used as Support of Leg of Offshore Jack-up Drilling Platform

摘要: 從化學成分設計、高純均質(zhì)化冶煉-連鑄工藝、軋管工藝、熱處理等方面，介紹了X80鋼級海洋自升式鉆井平臺樁腿支撐管的生產(chǎn)情況；分析統(tǒng)計了該樁腿支撐管的力學性能，并與國外產(chǎn)品進行對比；依據(jù)相關焊接規(guī)范進行焊接工藝評定試驗。結果表明：生產(chǎn)的X80鋼級樁腿支撐管的各項性能指標達到或者超過國外同類產(chǎn)品，低溫韌性遠高于國外產(chǎn)品，且可焊性高。

Abstract: Described in the essay are the production of the X80 steel pipe used as support of the leg of the offshore jack-up drilling platform，covering such main aspects as chemical composition design，hi-purity/homogenization melting-continuous casting process， pipe-rolling process， and heat treatment， etc.Relevant analysis and statistics concerning the mechanical properties of the said pipe are made，and then the results are compared with related data of similar foreign-made products.Furthermore，according to applicable specification，relevant test to the welding process is conducted for evaluation purpose.As a result，it is revealed that the X80 steel pipe possesses all property values equivalent to or even higher than those of similar foreign-made products，and also has its low-temperature toughness much higher than that of the foreign ones，and high weldability as well.
