    Technological Progress and Product Mix Restructure of ERW Pipe Production

    • 摘要: 綜合分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外尤其是國(guó)外工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家ERW焊管的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、技術(shù)進(jìn)步及產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整方向,指出焊管產(chǎn)品應(yīng)趨于個(gè)性化和高性能化,制管工藝技術(shù)應(yīng)向?qū)I(yè)化、差異化和節(jié)約化的方向發(fā)展。當(dāng)前ERW焊管技術(shù)在對(duì)成型和焊接技術(shù)進(jìn)行完善的同時(shí),正在向原材料制造控制、鋼管的深加工及節(jié)能降耗等方面延伸和擴(kuò)展,這將是國(guó)內(nèi)ERW焊管結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的方向。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the paper are the development situations, technological progresses and the trend of product mix restructure of ERW pipe production both at home and abroad, focusing on these aspects of some major industrialized countries.Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the application of ERW pipes should be more and more individualized and highly-effective, and related pipe manufacturing technologies should be developed in an orientation of specialization, differentiality and saving-effectiveness.In addition it is pointed out that at present the ERW pipe-making technology is not only being improved in formation process and welding process, but also extended and expanded into related areas such as control of production of materials, deep-processing of ERW pipes and energy-saving/consumption-reduction, etc.These development trends are expected to be followed when domestic ERW pipe-making circles are performing product mix restructure.
