摘要: 分析了頂頭的各種失效形式及產(chǎn)生的原因,提出了提高頂頭使用壽命的措施。即應根據(jù)頂頭的具體工作條件,制定合理的熱處理工藝;采用復合處理工藝,解決好頂頭單純氧化處理熱強性不高的問題等。Abstract: Different failures of the piercing plug and the causes responsible therefore are investigated. Based on the result, measures for prolonging the piercing plug service life are put forward, including setting up proper heat treatment process as per specific working conditions of the plug and using combined treatment process to enhance the thermal strength of the plug instead of solely using the oxidation method which failed to fix the problem.
