摘要: 介紹了斜軋擴(kuò)管機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝流程。分析了采用錐形軋輥,在輾軋角和送進(jìn)角同時(shí)存在時(shí)金屬的變形特點(diǎn)。提出了斜軋擴(kuò)管機(jī)軋輥輥型設(shè)計(jì)方法。Abstract: Introduced in the paper are the basic structure and process flow of the rotary expanding pipe mill. Also analyzed are the deformation characteristics of the metal when conical roll is used and there exist both toe angle and feed angle.In addition,method for roll groove design of the mill is put forward.
