    HK400VE-30型鋸機缺陷分析及改進措施

    Investigation of Disadvantages of HK400VE-30 Sawing Machine and Countermeasures Taken

    • 摘要: 簡要介紹了HK400VE-30型立式圓盤冷鋸的結構及工作原理;分析了設置在精整作業(yè)線上的鋸機在使用過程中存在的缺陷,并提出了相應的改進措施。實踐證明,該改進措施取得了很好的效果,鋸切質量滿足交貨要求。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the structure and operation principle of the HK400VE-30 vertical circular sawing machine. The disadvantages concerning operation of the sawer in the tube finishing line are investigated, and countermeasures are taken. Relevant operation practice after the improvement shows that the result is satisfactory, and the tubes as cut off by the modified sawing machine are up to the quality requirements of the order.
