摘要: 針對安陽鋼鐵股份有限公司第四軋鋼廠Φ90mm軋管機(jī)組主減速機(jī)的使用狀況,分析了人字齒輪減速機(jī)的裝配特性。為消除加工、安裝誤差,根據(jù)人字齒輪在正確嚙合傳動的情況下,由齒輪左右螺旋角產(chǎn)生的軸向力可以抵消這一特點(diǎn),對其不合理處作了整改,以達(dá)到兩嚙合人字齒輪在傳動時自動對中,軸向力趨于零的目的。Abstract: Based on the operation of the main gear reducer used for the Φ90 mm pipe rolling mill located at Steel Rolling Plant No.4 of Anyang I & S Co., Ltd., the assembling characteristics of the herringbone gear reducer is analyzed. To eliminate machining and installation errors and take the advantage of the fact that the axial forces resulting from the right and left pitch angles of the herringbone gears counteract to each other in case of normal engagement transmission, relevant modification is carried out to get the two herringbone gears self-aligned during transmission to reduce the axial force towards zero.
