摘要: 介紹了采用Φ80mm超低碳不銹鋼軋坯經(jīng)扒皮、穿孔、冷軋(拔)生產(chǎn)Φ57mm以下成品管的工藝改進(jìn)、新工藝要點(diǎn),并對(duì)新工藝效果進(jìn)行了淺析。Abstract: Presented in the article is a description regarding the improvement on the manufacture process for final tubular products under 57mm in O.D. made from the extra-low carbon stainless steel blooms of 80mm in Dia., covering such operational steps as bloom peeling,piercing and cold-rolling （drawing）.Also dealt with here is a preliminary invesigation on the effectiveness of the said improved process.
