    頂管機頂推力計算探討

    A Cursory Review of Pushing Force Calculation of Push Bench Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 對我國現(xiàn)有 3套頂管機進行了頂推力計算,對主電機容量進行了校驗。通過計算分析,在現(xiàn)有頂管機的基礎(chǔ)上進行工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化,可擴大機組生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格和品種。

       

      Abstract: Pushing force calculation and main motor capacity calibration are conducted for the three push bench pipe mills currently used in the country.Based on the said calculation and related analysis,process parameter optimization is done to expand product mix in terms of size range and variety.
